Leave the planning to us! Book your child's birthday party today and we'll provide everything you need for a hassle free party. We provide birthday parties on Saturday and Sunday's only. Call us today to get available times and book your party.
Our enthusiastic staff will provide a fun and safe environment for your birthday child and their guests. Adults are welcome to attend but will not be allowed on gym equipment. Every guest will be required to sign a waiver. Special Endurance Elite invitations will be provided to you after you book your special day.

Birthday Party Policies​

Birthday Party Deposits hold the date and time your party is scheduled and are non-refundable. Party cancellations must be done 24-Hours in advance to receive credit towards a different birthday party date. Deposit credit cannot be used towards any other activities or tuition.

Party Packages include the Birthday Child. There is no extra fee for having sibling birthday parties. Both children will receive a birthday shirt at no extra cost. Parent participation is not allowed. Guests 2 years of age or younger may have a parent present in the gym to help guide.

When using your own decorations, you may put them up 15 minutes prior to the party start time. EE staff is not responsible for your decorations. You may NOT place decorations on the wall. Table decorations are allowed.

Prices will not be altered if you choose to use your own decorations and party essential. Decorations and supplies may not be dropped off prior to the party. You must bring them with you and be able to take them down and transferred out of the facility within 15 minutes of the party’s end time. If not removed from the facility 15 minutes after the party’s end time, an Overtime Fee of $50 will be added to your final bill.

Additional party entertainment such as clowns, face painters, balloon artists, magicians, etc. are NOT allowed in the facility or on the premises. Event staff are employees of Endurance Elite and must meet certifications and background checks. No exceptions.

You may provide additional food and drinks for your party guests. EE staff is not responsible for additional food or drink items. Proper disposal of food and drinks must be taken care of at the end of the party. Nothing should be left behind.

Once the gym time is over and the party has proceeded to the lobby, nobody will be allowed back in the gym area. No exceptions.

FINAL head counts are done at the party and will be charged by the appropriate price bracket. If you are satisfied with your service, please let the coaches know by leaving a tip at checkout. If the party guests, decorations, and/or food is not removed from the facility 15 minutes after the party’s end time, a charge of $50 will be added to your final bill.

Endurance Elite Parties are run and operated as is. There will not be adjustments to the schedule, policies, and/or structure. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the Birthday Party Rules, located on our website and posted in the lobby areas.
