Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Demi is a 23 year old strongman competitor, powerlifter and photographer who grew up in a family of 5 children! She actually started out in cheer very young but found strength to be her best asset. Demi followed in her father's footsteps in lifting which also lead her to do wrestling and BJJ (Brazilian Jujitsu). She now competes year round in strongman all over Texas along side her husband who is a heavy weight bodybuilder. As a coach, Demi believes in always moving forward, creating growth and being powerful in who you are. Demi hopes to become one of the strongest females in the world, a huge role model, a professional photographer, and train young women/men into becoming the strongest they can be.
Dance Director & Gymnastics Coach
A native Texan, began her love for dance at her Mother's dance studio. When the family relocated to New York she continued her training at Joffrey Ballet, Broadway Dance Center and was accepted into North Carolina School of the Arts for her high school years. She is a well-rounded performer, versed in many styles of dance as well as former gymnast. Kindra has been on tour with Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus as a dance captain, tumbler and aerialist as well as Britney Spears "Circus" tour. She has also performed on the VMA'S and MTV music awards with such artists as Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, LMFAO, P!nk, Taylor Swift, Pitbull, and Lady Gaga to name a few. Kindra is an established choreographer, adjudicator, and educator, She is dedicated to ensuring every child young and old receives the highest quality of dance education in a nurturing environment.

Ashley Hitchcock (Soon to be "Gilblair")

Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Ashley started competitive dance at the age of 6 and also trained as a cheerleader and competitive gymnast. Her passion to dance lead her to many leadership roles on the East Central Varsity Dance Team as Colonel, Lieutenant of the Texas State Strutters and later attend Columbia College in Chicago to pursue her dance degree. During her time as a competitive dancer, Ashley was named Show Maker's "Ms. High Kick" and "Ms. Showmaker", was a national solo champion and was one of three dancers to receive the first "Strutter's Always" Scholarship at Texas State. Ashley started coaching gymnastics in high school and fell in love with teaching students that there are no limits to success. After graduating from Texas State University with a Biology degree, Ashley could not pull herself away from coaching gymnastics and teaching dance. She continued to teach both in the Chicagoland area where she moved right after graduation and grew her knowledge as well as certifications, and trained with some of the most notable coaches and dance instructors in the industries. Ashley performed professionally with a Belly Dance troupe in the Chicagoland area and was certified in Cecchetti Ballet. She also holds several certifications from USA Gymnastics and is CPR/First Aid certified. Ashley believes in a positive learning environment with consistent, safe, and high level training.

Ryan moved to San Antonio, Texas from Chicago, Illinois in 2017 with his fiance Ashley. Ryan's experience as a gymnast started when he was very young and continued through high school. With his gymnastics experience, he became part of a National Champion Cheer Team throughout his four years of high school. He began coaching gymnastics in high school as an assistant to the head coach. Coaching in the Chicagoland area has given him several opportunities to work with Men's and Women's USA Gymnastics competitive teams. Ryan also has several certifications through USA Gymnastics and is CPR/First Aid certified. As a coach, Ryan believes learning should be encouraging, safe and easily understood to all who attempt the sport.
Gymnastics & Cheer Coach
Jenna Gracey grew up in Seattle Washington, and recently moved to San Antonio in April 2019 to be with her fiancé. Jenna began gymnastics at age four, which is when she fell in love with the sport. She participated in both recreational and competitive gymnastics through High School when she began competitive cheer-leading. Cheer was an outlet where she could still use her gymnastics skills and be apart of school. At age 16, Jenna began coaching gymnastics to kids 18 months to 18 years. This is when she realized she had a passion for teaching and working with children.
Jenna is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Elementary Education through Western Governor's University. In her free time, she enjoys baking, Crossfit, traveling, and spending time with her two kitties.
