Prenastics

Ages: 3 & 4

Kindernastics

Ages: 5 & 6

Recreational Gymnastics

Ages: 7 & up

Dive into the exciting world of gymnastics with our Recreational Gymnastics Class, suitable for boys and girls ages 7 and up. This program offers four progressive levels, each building upon the last to ensure a comprehensive development of gymnastic skills. Level 1: Starts with the basics, teaching foundational skills on apparatus such as the floor, vault, bars, and beam for girls; and floor, vault, rings, parallel bars, and pommel horse for boys. This level focuses on building strength, flexibility, and proper form. Level 2: Advances to more challenging techniques, improving coordination and introducing combinations that enhance athletic performance and skill precision. Level 3: Develops proficiency, with increased focus on refining technique, improving execution, and beginning to integrate more complex routines. Level 4: Prepares gymnasts for higher levels of competition or advanced recreational practice by perfecting skills, focusing on routine consistency, and mastering performance quality. Each level is a prerequisite for the next, ensuring that students develop a robust foundation and progress safely. This class is designed to promote confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport in a supportive and fun environment. These themes help young gymnasts explore foundational gymnastics skills like balance, coordination, and tumbling in a creative and enjoyable environment. With a focus on fun and development, every class is an adventure your little one will love!
