Are you ready to elevate your cheerleading skills to the next level? Look no further than Endurance Elite's Summer Cheer Camps! Our camps are designed to provide aspiring cheerleaders with an immersive and dynamic experience, combining top-notch coaching with an unforgettable summer atmosphere.

 

What to Expect:

Expert Instruction: Our camps are led by experienced cheerleading coaches who are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, our coaches will tailor instruction to meet your needs and challenge you to excel in every aspect of cheerleading.

 

Comprehensive Curriculum: From perfecting your jumps and tumbling to mastering stunts and choreography, our curriculum covers all the essential elements of cheerleading. You'll learn new skills, improve technique, and gain the confidence to perform at your best.

 

Team Bonding: Cheerleading is all about teamwork, and our camps foster a supportive and inclusive environment where campers can bond with fellow cheerleaders. Through team-building activities and group exercises, you'll develop strong friendships and create lasting memories.

 

Fun and Fitness: While our camps are focused on skill development, they're also packed with fun! Get ready for games, challenges, and exciting activities that will keep you engaged and energized throughout the summer.

CHEER DAY CAMP INFORMATION:

Camp Time:​

  • Times vary by Camp

  • Early Drop Off and Late Pick Ups are available. See prices below.

  • Members/Non-Members

    • $50/Day

  • EARLY DROP OFF​​

    • 7:15-8:00 am​

      • Additional $10 a Day​

  • LATE PICK UP

    • Camper would move into the Gym Camp

    • Pick up between 12:00-6:00 pm

    • Additional $30 a Day (MUST REGISTER prior to camp day)

Camp tuition is NON-Refundable (a credit may be given to use for another camp day). Camp credits will expire in 3 months.​

  • Please be aware that cheerleading is a fun and exciting sport, however, students are subject to injuries. All injuries are properly treated with first aid and/or professional aid.

  • Friday is our SHOWOFF @ 12:00 pm

Specialty Camp Policies

CAMP ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Participants must be enrolled via the Endurance Elite Parent Portal or through the front desk staff. When registering for a camp, all medical information must be accurately completed. All waivers and policies must be read and accepted before enrollment in any camp. Any changes to policies will be sent via email, requiring all parents to sign in acceptance. Parents who do not accept the policies will be unable to complete the enrollment process.  

 

If using a camp credit or makeup tokens, please contact the front desk via email or phone call to register.  

 

CAMP TUITION 

Camp tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. You may receive a credit for another camp day if the office is notified at least 24 hours in advance. Credits are valid for 90 days.  

 

Drop-off and pick-up times are at your convenience; however, tuition will not be adjusted based on the time spent at camp.  

 

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

  • Specialty Camps operate Monday through Friday for 3-4 hour time periods. 

  • Campers should arrive on time to maximize participation. Tuition will not be adjusted for partial attendance.  

  • Parents must sign in at the front desk and assist their child in placing their belongings in a cubby.  

  • Staff will direct campers to their activity. Parents may observe but are not allowed to participate.  

 

Pick-Up Procedure: 

  • Parents must sign out at the front desk.  

  • The front desk staff will notify coaches, and your child will be dismissed to you.  

  • Parents are not allowed to enter the gym or studios to remove a student without first notifying a staff member.  

 

LATE PICK-UP POLICY  

A $30 late fee will be applied if pick-up is 15 minutes past camp end time.  

 

ILLNESS & EXCLUSION CRITERIA  

  • Sick children should not attend camp. If a camper has a fever, contagious illness, or signs of illness, they will be sent home immediately. 

  • Parents will be called to pick up their child if they complain of feeling unwell. 

  • Tuition is non-refundable and will not be credited for partial attendance due to illness. However, credits for future camp days may be issued if a child cannot attend due to illness.  

 

Potty Training Requirement:  

  • Campers must be fully potty trained. No pull-ups will be changed by staff.  

  • Repeated accidents may result in dismissal from camp.  

Behavior Expectations:          

  • Campers are expected to follow gym rules.  

  1. First Warning: Verbal reminder of rules.  

  2. Second Warning: Time-out (1 minute per year of child’s age).  

  3. Third Warning: Phone call home and potential dismissal.  

 

Bullying or physical violence will result in immediate dismissal from camp without a refund.  

 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & FIRST AID  

Sick children should not attend camp. If a camper has a fever, contagious illness, or signs of illness, they will be sent home immediately. 

  • Serious Injuries (e.g., broken bones, head/neck injuries): 

    • Staff will call 911 immediately  

    • Parents will be notified right away.  

  • Minor Injuries: 

    • First aid will be provided, and parents will be informed at pick-up or via phone.  

 

PARENT NOTIFICATIONS  

Parents will be notified of any issues via:  

  • Text 

  • Phone Call  

  • Email  

  • In-person at Pick-up 

 

Staff will communicate all concerns promptly.  

 

DISCIPLINE AND GUIDANCE PLAN 

  • 1st Offense: Verbal Warning – Explanation of issue and next steps.  

  • 2nd Offense: Time-Out – 1 minute per year of age.  

  • 3rd Offense: Phone Call & Dismissal – Parents will be called to pick up the camper.  

 

Bullying or physical violence will result in immediate dismissal from camp without a refund.  

 

 

SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION OF CHILDREN  

If a camper is sent home three times due to behavior issues or potty training accidents, they will be suspended from camp with no refund or credit.  

 

Re-entry into future camps will be evaluated at the discretion of Endurance Elite’s Owner.  

 

SNACKS  

  • Endurance Elite does not provide lunch.  

  • One snack per day will be provided in individual cups or on plates.  

  • Snack modifications are only made for campers with allergies.  

  • Parents are encouraged to send their own snack for campers with allergies.  

  • Campers should bring their own water bottle.  

  • Water break will be scheduled throughout the day. Water fountains are available.  

 

TECHNOLOGY & DEVICE POLICY 

  • Personal electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.) are discouraged.  

  • Endurance Elite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices.  

  • Devices must be kept in backpacks and may only be used during designated times (e.g., quiet time, snack).  No photos or videos of other campers are allowed without consent.  

 

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY  

Endurance Elite staff may take photos and videos for marketing and social media.  

Parents who do not wish their child to be featured must opt out via the Parent Portal Photo Policy.  

 

DRESS CODE  

Campers should dress according to their specific camp requirements:  

 

Aerial Silks:  

  • Leggings, fitted long-sleeve tops, bare feet 

  • No jewelry  

  • Hair tied back 

 

Ninja Camp:  

  • Athletic wear (not baggy)  

  • Socks & tennis shoes 

  • Hair tied back

 

Cheer Camp:  

  • Athletic wear  

  • Cheer shoes or bare feet

  • Hair tied back, no jewelry  

 

Dance Camp: 

  • Dance attire appropriate for the camp style  

  • Correct dance shoes for the genre

  • Hair tied back 

 

General Guidelines:  

  • No jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.). 

  • Long hair must be tied back for safety reasons.
