TUITION
At Endurance Elite Gymnastics & Dance, all classes and teams are billed monthly. Enrollment requires automatic payment through our Parent Portal, ensuring your child is continuously enrolled and that tuition is conveniently charged to your card on file. This means you never have to worry about pre-registration or losing your spot!
Below you’ll find our current tuition rates, discounts, and policies. For every additional class a student or an immediate family member takes, you’ll receive a 10% discount on each extra class—not just one. We also offer special discounts for military families.
Please note that policies are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email through the Parent Portal.

LATE FEES
A late fee is a charge added to your account when payment is not received by the 1st of the Month.

5 Days Late: $15

10 Days Late: $20

15 Days Late: Student is dropped from the class and makeup tokens are forfeited

Late fees must be paid IN FULL along with tuition to return to class.

Makeup classes are not permitted if there is an outstanding balance on your account.
MONTHLY TUITION
Tuition is auto-charged on the 1st of each month using the card on file.
Cash payments are strongly discouraged.

DISCOUNTS
Military discount applies to regular classes only and does not include special events, camps, or merchandise.

MAKEUP POLICY

We understand that schedules can change, and we’re happy to offer free makeup classes when available. Please note the following guidelines:

Makeups are not permitted in full or closed classes.

Competitive Team Members are not eligible for makeup classes.

You must be currently enrolled in a class to use makeup tokens.

Once you drop a class, any unused makeup tokens are forfeited.
-
Makeup tokens do not replace tuition and have no monetary value.
-
Tokens expire 90 days after issuance.

To use a makeup token:

You must request and receive approval at least 24 hours in advance.

Walk-ins will not be accepted. Students arriving without prior approval will not be permitted to join the class.

Makeup tokens may be used for eligible classes and Open Gym sessions only.
• The participant must meet the age requirement for the selected class or session.
• The class or session must have availability.

How to Schedule a Make-Up Class:

Log in to your Parent Portal.

Go to the “Account” tab.
-
Click on “Students.”
-
Select “Makeups” for the student you’d like to schedule a makeup for.

Click “Request” next to the makeup token you'd like to use.
-
Choose a makeup date to view available classes.
-
Select your preferred class and click “Submit Request.”
-
Wait for an email confirming your request has been approved before attending.

Using a Makeup Token for Open Gym:
To use a makeup token for Open Gym, simply sign in at the front desk and write “Makeup” next to your name on the sign-in sheet.

TRIAL CLASS POLICY
​
We are excited to offer one free trial class to all potential students! This complimentary class may be used for gymnastics, dance, ninja, tumbling, or cheer. Each student is eligible for only one free trial, regardless of class type. If you'd like to try a different class style afterward, you must enroll in a class and either transfer or drop if it’s not the right fit.
​
Trial classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Babynastics & Tumbling Tots Extended Trial
Students in Babynastics and Tumbling Tots are granted an extended trial period.

If the trial begins at the start of the month, you may attend the class for the full month.

If your trial starts mid-month, the trial period is limited to two weeks.
Important Note:
Your spot is not guaranteed after the trial. To continue, you must register through the Parent Portal or by contacting the front desk via email or phone.

How to Schedule a Trial Class:

Log in to your Parent Portal

Go to “Booking”

Select “Find a Class”

Choose the student you’d like to enroll

Click “See Classes”

Select the class you’d like to try

Click “Request a Trial”

Select your trial date
-
Choose “Add to Cart”

Store your card on file
-
Click “Confirm”
You will receive an email confirmation once your trial is approved. Do not attend class without this approval.

DROP POLICY
​
All drops must be submitted in WRITING either through the parent portal or email.
Drops must be submitted before the 1st of the month, otherwise automatic tuition will be charged on the 1st of the month with no refund. No exceptions. All makeup tokens will be lost after the official drop date. Makeup tokens do not replace tuition and cannot be used if a student is not enrolled in a class.

Account will not be put on hold. To save a spot in the class you must be enrolled and paying tuition. Otherwise you will be dropped from the class.
