Overview

The Endurance Elite Adult Competitive Gymnastics Team offers men and women ages 18 and up the chance to train in a structured, competitive gymnastics environment. With flexible practice options and participation in team events, this program is designed for adults who want to pursue their passion for gymnastics, improve their skills, and compete in a supportive community.

 

Tuition and Fees

 

• Tuition: $104 a month

• Annual Team Registration Fee: $175  

• Includes membership benefits such as discounted open gym access for $10 per visit.

• Additional Costs:

• Uniform Fees: Required for competitions and team events.

• Competition Fees: Separate entry and registration fees for each competition.

• Travel and Transportation: Responsibility of each adult gymnast for competitions and team events.

 

Practice Schedule

 

• Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM  

  • Format: Coached Practices along side our Junior Olympic Competitive Team

  • Details: Practices will include a coach who provides guidance, critiques, and spotting for skill development and progression.

 

Team Events and Competitions

 

Holiday Parties: Celebrate with fellow team members during seasonal events like the Endurance Elite holiday party.

Annual Banquet: Attend the Endurance Elite team banquet, where gymnasts from all age groups are recognized for their dedication, achievements, and progress.

Social Gatherings: Bond with teammates through casual gatherings, fun activities, and meet-and-greets throughout the year.

 

In addition to these team events, adult gymnasts will have opportunities to participate in local and regional competitions, with events specifically designated for adult competitors.

 

 

Team Benefits

 

• Discounted Open Gym: Adult team members gain access to all EE open gym sessions at the discounted member rate of $10 per visit.

• Team Pictures: Be a part of official Endurance Elite team photos, capturing the spirit and community of the adult team.

• Annual Showcase: Adult gymnasts are invited to perform in the annual Endurance Elite showcase, highlighting the progress and dedication of all gymnasts.

• Be apart of a supportive, family-like team and stay inspired to continue the love of the sport.

 

Practice Structure

 

During practice sessions, adult gymnasts must follow assigned rotations to ensure everyone has access to each apparatus, allowing both recreational and competitive gymnasts to train effectively. Apparatuses available include:

 

• Vault

• Bars (Uneven Bars & High Bar)

• Beam

• Floor

• Rings

• Pommel Horse

• Parallel Bars

 

A coach will be present at each practice to guide adult gymnasts through rotations, provide feedback, and help set goals based on individual progress.

 

Uniform and Travel

 

• Uniform: Team uniforms will be required for competitions and team events. Costs will be determined based on the selected uniform.

• Travel: Gymnasts are responsible for arranging their own transportation for competitions, events, and team activities.

 

The Endurance Elite Adult Competitive Gymnastics Team combines structured training, team bonding events, and opportunities for competition, fostering a strong sense of community and personal growth for adult athletes.

 

Safe Sport Certification

 

At Endurance Elite, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our athletes. As a part of our commitment to a safe environment, all adult team members are required to complete the Safe Sport Certification through USA Gymnastics. This certification is free of charge and is a mandatory step for joining the team.

 

How to Complete Your Certification:  

1. Visit the USA Gymnastics website at usagym.org and create an account.

2. Complete the Safe Sport Training, which includes modules on athlete safety, prevention of abuse, and maintaining a positive environment in sports.

 

Once your certification is complete, you will need to provide proof of completion before participating in team practices or events.

 

This ensures that all members are aligned with our safety standards, helping create a supportive and secure community at Endurance Elite.

 

How to Join

 

Ready to be a part of the Endurance Elite Adult Competitive Gymnastics Team? We offer a one-week free trial at our designated practice times so you can experience our program before committing. 

 

How it works:  

 

1. Set Up Your Free Trial: Email us at enduranceelitegym@gmail.com  to schedule your free trial week. All participants are required to have a parent portal made with waivers accepted. 

   

2. Join the Team: After your trial, if you decide to join, simply email enduranceelitegym@gmail.com to register.
