
Endurance Elite proudly offers a Men’s & Women’s Artistic Gymnastics through USA Gymnastics, training athletes from Levels 3-10.
Our goal is to develop strong, confident, and well-rounded athletes by providing high-quality coaching, structured training, and a supportive team environment. We emphasize technical excellence, strength, and injury prevention, ensuring our gymnasts can perform at their best and progress through the sport safely.
Through dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, we offer a competitive team program for athletes who are ready to work hard, push their limits, and become part of a strong gym family.
TEAM INFORMATION
How to become a part of the Team
Three ways to become a part of the EE Team:
1. Enroll in recreational classes and receive an invitation from your coach to enroll in a trial week of team.
2. Apply for a trial: if you are interested in switching gyms and/or teams we must receive the following before scheduling a trial:
* Detailed letter from Parent and/or Gymnast explaining reason for switching teams
* Copy of most recent financial statement stating a zero balance owed
* Letter of recommendation from previous coach
3. Attend Annual Team Tryouts.
Team Level Progressions
Mini Elite (Ages 3–5)
2 hours per week
An invite-only program for preschoolers who demonstrate strong listening skills and natural strength. No prior experience is required.
Focus Areas: Strength, body shapes, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills.
Preteam (Ages 4–6)
6 hours per week
Designed for Kinder-age athletes who show strong listening and foundational skills. Participation is by invitation only and requires prior enrollment in Mini Elite or an Endurance Elite recreational class.
Focus Areas: Strength, body shapes, flexibility, basic skills, and introductory Level 3 skills.
Compulsory & Optional Team (Ages 6 & up)
12–20 hours per week
Athletes must have prior Level 3 experience or higher. This program is for gymnasts pursuing competitive gymnastics at the compulsory and optional levels.
Focus Areas: Advanced skill progressions, competitive routines, and meet preparation.
