Deposits: 

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party’s date and time. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit towards rescheduling the party. The deposit credit is only applicable to future birthday parties and cannot be applied to other activities or tuition.

Party Packages: 

• All birthday party packages include up to 15 children (the birthday child is not counted in this total).
  Each additional guest after 15 is just $20 per child. Parent participation is not allowed, except for guests 2 years of age or younger, who may have one parent present in the gym for assistance.

 

Decorations: 

• If bringing your own decorations, you may set them up 15 minutes before the party start time. Endurance Elite staff will not assist with or be responsible for your decorations. Decorations are limited to table décor only—no items may be placed on the walls. The price of the party will not be adjusted if you bring your own decorations or supplies. All decorations and supplies must be removed within 15 minutes after the party ends. Failure to do so will result in a $50 overtime fee.  

 

Entertainment: 

• Outside entertainment, such as clowns, face painters, balloon artists, and magicians, is not permitted in the facility or on the premises. All event staff are employees of Endurance Elite and have met necessary certifications and background checks. No exceptions will be made.  

 

Food and Drinks: 

• You may bring additional food and drinks for your guests; however, alcoholic beverages and fire burners are not permitted in the facility. Endurance Elite staff is not responsible for any additional food or drinks you provide. All food and beverages must be properly disposed of at the end of the party. Nothing should be left behind.  

 

Supervision: 

• All children must be supervised by a designated adult. Endurance Elite staff is responsible for leading the party and gym activities, but parents or guardians are required to monitor guests’ behavior and ensure all children adhere to safety rules.  

 

Gym Access: 

• Once the gym time concludes and the party transitions to the lobby, re-entry to the gym will not be allowed. No exceptions.  

 

Final Head Counts & Overtime Fees: 

• Final headcounts will be taken at the party, and the appropriate pricing bracket will be charged. If you are pleased with the service, feel free to tip the coaches at checkout. Please note that if decorations, food, or party guests are not cleared from the facility within 15 minutes of the party’s end, a $50 overtime fee will be applied to your final bill.  

 

Risk of Injury: 

• Participation in any physical activity, including gymnastics, carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking a party at Endurance Elite, you acknowledge that there is a possibility of injury, and all participants are participating at their own risk. Endurance Elite is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the event. All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the staff to minimize the risk of injury.  

 

Waivers:

• All party participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating in any gym activities. Waivers can be signed through the Parent Portal, which can be accessed at https://portal.iclasspro.com/enduranceelite. All participants must sign a waiver prior to the party via the Parent Portal, or a signed waiver must be completed in person upon arrival. No child will be allowed in the gym without a signed waiver.

 

Policies & Structure: 

• Endurance Elite parties are operated according to a set schedule and structure, and no modifications will be made. Please review the Birthday Party Rules on our website or in the lobby to familiarize yourself with all policies.
