Specialty Camp Policies

CAMP & SPECIAL EVENT ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Participants must be enrolled via the Endurance Elite Parent Portal or through the front desk staff. When registering for a camp all medical information should be completed accurately. All waivers and policies must be read and accepted before enrollment in any camp. Any changes to policies will be sent via email, requiring all parents to sign in acceptance. Parents who do not accept the policies will not be able to complete the enrollment process. If using a camp credit or makeup tokens, please contact the front desk via email or phone call to register.

CAMP TUITION

Camp tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you notify the office at least 24 hours in advance, you may receive a credit to use toward another camp day only. Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of the original camp.

Please note, if enrollment does not meet our required minimum number of participants, the camp may be canceled. In the event of a cancellation due to low enrollment, you will be notified the evening prior, and a credit will be issued for future use on another camp only.

Drop-off and pick-up times are flexible within the camp hours; however, tuition will not be prorated based on the time your child spends at camp.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Day Camps & Summer Camps operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Drop-off and pick-up times are flexible, but tuition will not be adjusted for partial attendance. When dropping off, you must sign in at the front desk and assist your child in placing their belongings in a cubby. Staff will then direct your camper to their activity. Parents are welcome to stay and observe, but parent participation is not allowed.

When picking up, you must visit the front desk and sign your child out. The front desk staff will notify coaches, and your child will be dismissed to you. Parents are not allowed to enter the gym or studios to remove a student without first notifying a staff member.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

A $30 late fee will be applied if pick-up is 15 minutes or more after 6:00 pm.

ILLNESS & EXCLUSION CRITERIA

Students running a fever, showing signs of illness, or testing positive for a contagious illness will be sent home immediately. To keep everyone healthy, please do not send a sick child to camp. If a child complains of feeling unwell, parents will be called to pick them up. Tuition is non-refundable and will not be credited for partial attendance due to illness. However, credits for future camp days may be issued if the child is unable to attend due to illness.

Campers must be fully potty trained. No pull-ups will be changed by staff. While accidents happen, repeated accidents may result in the child being dismissed from camp.

Students who cannot follow gym rules will first receive a warning, then a time-out. Persistent rule-breaking will result in dismissal. Bullying or physical violence will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & FIRST AID

In case of a serious injury (e.g., broken bones, head/neck injuries), emergency medical attention will be sought immediately. Endurance Elite staff will call 911, and parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

For minor injuries, first aid will be administered, and parents will be notified at pick-up or via phone.

PARENT NOTIFICATIONS

Parents will be informed of any situations or concerns by text, phone call, email, or in person at pick-up. Staff will ensure that all issues are promptly communicated.

DISCIPLINE AND GUIDANCE PLAN

Disciplinary actions are handled as follows:

  1. Verbal Warning: The issue is explained, along with the next two potential consequences.

  2. Time-Out: 1 minute per year of the child’s age.

  3. Phone Call & Dismissal: Parents will be called, and the child will be sent home if behavior continues.

Bullying or physical violence results in immediate dismissal from the camp without refund.

SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION OF CHILDREN

If a camper is picked up due to behavior issues or lack of potty training three times, they will be suspended from camp without a refund or credit. Re-entry into future camps will be evaluated at the discretion of the owner.

LUNCH & SNACKS

Campers must bring their own lunch for Day & Summer Camps. Endurance Elite will not provide lunch. Two snacks will be provided each day, served in individual cups or on plates, along with one juice.

Snacks are only modified for campers with food allergies, but it is highly encouraged that campers with allergies provide their own snacks. Campers may also bring their own snacks. Water breaks will be given throughout the day, and campers are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Water fountains are always available.

WATER PLAY

Summer Camps will feature water activities and games outside every Wednesday at 10:00 am. Campers should bring a change of clothes, wear shoes suitable for water play, and bring their own towels and sunscreen. Staff will assist with sunscreen application. For campers not wishing to participate in water play, alternative activities will be provided. Water play is canceled when temperatures exceed 95°F.

FRIDAY CAMP SURPRISE ACTIVITIES

Every Friday during Summer Camps, we will provide a surprise activity such as snow cones, a magician, a foam party, and more. If a change of clothes or additional waiver is required, parents will be notified via email in advance.

TECHNOLOGY & DEVICE POLICY

Campers are discouraged from bringing personal electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.) to camp. Endurance Elite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices. If brought, devices must be kept in backpacks and used only during designated times (e.g., quiet time or lunch). The use of electronic devices during camp activities is prohibited.

Personal devices should not be used to take photos or videos of other campers without consent from the camp staff and other parents.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Photos and videos may be taken by Endurance Elite staff during camp to be used for social media and marketing purposes. Parents who do not wish their child to be included in social media posts must indicate this via the Photo Policy in the Parent Portal.

DRESS CODE

Campers should wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. Shoes are not allowed in the gym during Day/Summer Camps. Socks are optional.

For safety reasons, jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) should not be worn during camp activities. Long hair should be tied back.
